Legal Structure
The Foundation of St. Joseph Seminary & Newman Theological College is a separate legal entity, registered as a private (non-profit) company under the Alberta Companies Act. It has an Alberta Business License and is registered to operate as a Charitable Organization under the Alberta Charitable Fund-raising Act. Furthermore, it is registered as a Public Foundation under the Charities Directorate of the Canada Revenue Agency.
